She drank slower when told to do so not wanting to anger the woman in anyway she would do exactly as she was told for the time she was to spend under the roof, that was as long as they didn't hurt her.
She felt better when the woman said she had no intention of turning her but she couldn't help but still feel on edge, she had never been around vampires and the thought of being surrounded by them was deeply taunting.

Being a witch she at least knew that she was safer in their company as opposed to human kind or maybe even her own kind, she hugged her knees and nodded at the observation that she had no where else to go. "They killed everyone I had when the sun went down"

" Stables? Ugh there might be some around the back but I doubt there's hay. " he said not remembering the last time they actually used the stables but he didn't think Rosalina would mind. Why else would she ever have the stables.

He headed towards the staircase and considered Lysanders question. " Pfft i don't know, I ain't their babysitter. " Dominick replied. " Maybe a dozen but they come and go so often who knows. " he said as he spotted the girl from the stake standing at the top of the stairs and Rosalina was nowhere in sight. He sighed and rolled his eyes " Fledglings so eager. " he joked with Lysander as he tormented the hunter some more.

The girl lunged forward and Domnick let here within inches of the hunter before wrapping his arm around the front of her and stopping her. " Calm down kid. " he said as he dragged her up the stairs towards the nearest empty room and then shooting her in and closing the door behind her keeping her contained for now. " What do you say we throw out friend in there with our new guest and see how long he lasts? " he asked Lysander with a devious smirk knowing it would be like throwing him into a caged lion.

    --------------------------
Rosalina looked towards the girl and she was clearly in shock and by the sounds of it she had been through quite through quite an ordeal before they found her. " Yes everyone has been affected by the hunters vampires and witches alike. You did well to get away but you should be careful. Your little display like before will make you a target. They may be convicting a lot of innocent people but they will certainly burn you if they find out you are a witch. " Rosalina warned her not wanting the young girl to end up on a stake. " Now this shall be your room if you like. Will you be needing anything? " Rosalina asked seeing as she found the girl with nothing at all. She had a wardrobe full of spare clothes the girl could use but she may of been hungry or wished to bathe before resting.

Lysander nodded at Dominick's reply of the stables, if there were none he would build some, if they did have some he would fetch the hay for the horses, if Rosa did not mind that anyway.

''I see.'' He said as they walked, he wondered how many people knew of this place. Rosa seemed to have a caring side or so it seemed either that or she was well aware of the decline in their species, soon to be wiped out if it continued.

Lysander grinned and watched the girl get I inches from the now crying hunter, he shook his head, ''Pathetic. Where is your courage boy?'' He asked before watching Domick drag the girl upstairs and lock her away.
He nodded and a cruel smile spread across his face at Dominick's question. He did not need to answer as he pulled the hunter up the remained of the stairs and opened the door the fledgling was in.
He turned to face the hunter and his fangs were on show, ''Good day.'' He said with amusement before throwing him in, ignoring his pleadings and shutting the door behind him.

He turned to Dominick, ''I think the guy pissed himself.'' He laughed, ''Where are the bathrooms while I wash my hands of the filth?'' He asked. Smiling as he heard the screams from within the room.

Listening to what the woman said she nodded, she didn't mean to make the bats come she just got carried away with her anger, fear and resentment to the man, she hadn't consciously attacked him. She didn't know how to control her powers or how to harness them properly she had never been taught to so she agreed and would try her best not to bring more danger to the woman's household after she had kindly saved her.
"I will try not to do it again" she muttered quietly feeling exhausted and distraught wishing it all away.
"I just want everyone back, but that can't be so no, I'm fine" she nodded once more not knowing if the pain was something she could cope with for the rest of her life.

Dominick had no reservations about throwing the cowardly hunter into the ravenous fledgling. Sure he had brought him for Rosalina but she wouldn't starve and the only way to calm the young one would be to feed her. Rosalina won't be happy with the mess the fledgling would no doubt make of the man but she would get over it. It was one less hunter to worry about after all.

He was taking a liking to Lysander as he seemed to share his sense of entertainment and took joy in torturing the hunters. Most of the other vampires were to intimidated by him and Rosalina to join in on his antics but Lysander seemed eager to join in on the fun. He laughed as Lysander told him that the male had urinated. He leaned his head to the side to indicate him to follow. " Come on I will get you a room. " he said as he moved down the corridor where most of the bedrooms were.

    ----------------

Rosalina smiled at the girl as she seemed to calm a little and regain her composure a little. It was clear to Rosalina that the girl was a witch but a witch with no control over her abilities and very little training. That probably explains the out lash earlier but she would need to be careful in future as outbursts like that could have unexpected consequences on both her and people around her.

Her heart broke for the young girl as she pined for her family but there was little she could do for her now except offer her a place of safety and a bed. " I'm sorry about what happened little one but you are correct it cannot be undone " she smiled knowing she had to check on the other girl and also find out what Dominick was doing. " Are you happy to be left alone or would you like to see more of the manor? " she asked as she moved towards the door to leave letting the little witch decide what she wished to do.

    ----------------

A red eyed young girl looked wildly at the fowl smelling young men who was tossed into the room. The veins within her burned and only one thing could release her from the pain.

She stared at the screaming quavering piece of meat before her and like the predator she now was she didn't think to hesitate as her newly found fangs dug into his tender flesh but her in experience meant she missed the major artery and only cause the man to try struggle and cry out in agonizing pain.

None of this stopped her as she had surprising strength that did not even register with her as she was so focused on getting to the sweet elixir in his veins. Her nails dug into him piercing his skin and pinning him down as her fangs once again and she finally hit the vein and she found the relief she was looking for. Slowly the mans cries became whimpers until he made no sound at all.

Lysander wiped his hands against his coat in disgust of the hunter before nodding and following Dominick to find him a room.
As they walked Lysander sniffed the air when the fresh blood of the hunter filled his nostrils, ''The fledgling is having her fun.'' He grinned as the heartbeat of the man grew less and less until it stopped altogether.

Lysander looked around as they walked, ''How many rooms are there here?'' He asked out of curiosity, he wondered how big the building actually was.
Places like this usually had dungeons and hidden rooms which fit the vampire scene.
He wondered how Rosa had come to get this building, whether it was inherited when she was human or she just had the funds to buy such a grand place, he knew that nearly all old vampires like himself, Rosa and Dominick were usually very rich, he was at least and by the looks of this place, they were too.

She nodded to what the woman was saying to her, she knew there was no undoing what had happened, she had never heard of a witch undoing death without dire consequences, usually they didn't come back the same and there was always a terrible price to pay. She knew her parents would hate her were she to ever try bring them all back she just had to accept that her family had been wiped out leaving her alone in the world, now surrounded by a house full of vampires.

She realized that she must have been keeping the woman from dealing with things much more important so she quickly shook her head not ready to leave the room or waste anyones time, she wished to sleep and wake to find it all a dream. "No I will sleep, please"

Dominick smirked as he to picked on the fact the fledgling was making quick work of the hunter which was almost a shame as he would of like the boy to suffer a bit more before his life was ended. Although his cries of pain did make him laugh. " Certainly sounds like it. She is in for a shock when she gets her wits about her again. " he laughed as he moved down the corridor.

Lysander seemed curious about the manor and it wasn't an outlandish question but he knew Rosalina didn't like a lot of information to be given out to strangers. " A lot. " he said not elaborating further as he tried to figure out what rooms were free. He decided to try one. Opening the door he found the little witch girl inside and rolled his eyes.

" You should lock the door girl, someone might be feeling peckish. " he said looking in at her with a wicked smile. He had no intentions of harming the girl, Rosalina would have his head if he dared touch her under her roof but that didn't mean he couldn't have some fun.

    ------------

Rosalina nodded at the girl as she said she wanted to do nothing more then to sleep. " Try to sleep well child. " she said promptly leaving so the girl could rest. She left the room and moved swiftly down another corridor. The house was a maze of corridors that intertwined and connected so if you knew the way you could get anywhere quickly.

She was heading towards the room where the new vampire would be and wanted to check up on her. She hadn't even gone down the corridor when the smell of flesh blood hit her nostrils and she wasn't the only one to notice. She sighed as she moved at speed towards the room. Other vampires moving out of her way knowing better then to get in her way.

Reaching the door she went straight in and was greeted by a bloody sight. The body of one of the hunters lay on the floor with a gaping hole in his neck and and wounds all over his body. She made no comment on the sight but knew who was responsible and she was not about to clean up his mess. " Dominick! " she called out her voice booming around the house as she entered the room properly.

She was looking for the young girl and hoped that she wasn't loose in the house and in a panic. But hearing a quiet sobbing from one of the corners she moved over to the girl. She knelled down to her level and placed a hand on her shoulder before she brushed back the girls hair and was rather shocked by her appearance and she faltered for a moment before regaining her composure. " Hush now child it's alright. " she said trying to console the girl who was no doubt confused about what was going on.

    ------------

Grace didn't know what had happened. She woke up covered in blood with the body of a man before her who was dead and looked like he had been attacked by a wild animal. She backed away slowly from him until her back hit a wall and she had no where else to go. Her knees came up and she curled into the fetal position with her back still against the wall as images of her 'trial' flashed through her mind. She didn't know what had happened or how she ended up in this strange place all she knew was she wanted to go home.

Only a couple of minutes had passed but it felt longer as she stared at the body when a unknown woman walked in. She didn't know what her purpose was and for all she knew she wanted to hurt her so she hid herself poorly but she could hardly think straight. But rather then hurting her she actually came over and began consoling her. She looked at her like a deer in headlights at the woman who brushed back her hair but couldn't think of anything to say to her. She just stared at her with her big green eyes and wondered what she was doing here.

Lysander laughed slightly at Dominick's comment about the fledgling, it was true, when she did come around she would probably be in shock at what she had done but Lysander never had that experience in his lifetime, every one he had killed he did so with pleasure, his normal state of mind intact.

Lysander nodded to himself when Dominick said there were a lot of rooms in the house, he figured as much but was curious all the same.
He paused as they came to the witch's room, he looked in on her and studied her a moment. Flashes of when he had first seen her by Mariah's and the fledglings stakes.

He grit his teeth a moment, knowing that every time he looked at this witch he would be reminded of that image.
When he realised he was staring he turned away, pausing at the shout from Rosa.

He looked at Dominick with a half smile, ''Well, she doesn't sound to happy. Just tell her the truth, that it was my doing. I do not care.'' He said, he almost laughed at the assumption that it was Dominick, it said much of what his personality was like and Lysander knew he could grow to like him.

As soon as she was left alone a shaking breath left her, she hadn't realized she had been holding it but not it was out it bought ragged tired sobs with it, her shock had worn off leaving her with the physical pain her body had been able to ignore and now the gaping mental hole she could feel where her family should have been.
Curling her legs up to herself she lay down upon her side pulling the blanket up over herself so she could cry herself to exhaustion and eventually sleep.
